HOW TO WRITE A RESIGNATION LETTER

I’ve read plenty of resignation letters in my time as a technical recruiter. It occurs frequently in business and is a part of that environment. Why Write a Resignation Letter?

As a courtesy to the company, you should submit a resignation letter upon leaving your position. This formal resignation letter informs your employer that you are leaving the position and provides a formal notice period.

2. Thank Your Employer For The Opportunity

Is It Ok To Resign By Email?

Email resignations are not acceptable. Delivering a signed resignation letter in person to the proper person is the professional method to leave a job.

However, depending on the circumstances, sending an email using the above template while working remotely might be effective.

Can You Handwrite A Resignation Letter?

A resignation letter should be typed and include your handwritten signature on it. This is because reading it will be simpler.
