My personal suggestion: 

Since I have been using WordPress based platforms for more than ten years, I choose WooCommerce! The rankings of WooCommerce would stay in between Shopify and Magento, but it offers a different feel altogether!

Some of its unique characteristics include user-friendliness, affordability, and flexibility in case of customizations.
